The following items will  ONLY be needed upon retaining you as a consultant and must be received prior to any deployments.   Also ensure that you comply with the other items needed, such as signature sheets and fingerprints, etc

 

  1. Color copy of a Valid Passport

  2. Copy of DD214 Member 4 Copy 

  3. Signed Non Disclosure Agreement

  4. Signed Contract

  5. Federal Clearance to work with Children

  6. Fingerprints (Local or State Police will be able to provide)
